7 Principles

Servants. Not repairers.

Seven non-negotiables that protect the dignity of the people we build with — and the integrity of what we build.

01

Servant, not repairer

Humans are not broken. We do not "fix" people. We build tools that walk beside them — silent if needed, useful when wanted.

02

No judgment of the level

Whether you are at L1 awareness or L4 service, the welcome is the same. Progress is honored, not graded.

03

Systems over people

When something fails, we look at the system, never blame the person. Bad processes are far more common than bad people.

04

Inherent human capacity

Every person already carries the gift in some measure. Our job is to remove obstacles, not to install qualities.

05

Tools, not mandates

You are free to use the tool, change the tool, or ignore the tool. There is no obligation, no pressure, no shaming.

06

Respectful language

We refuse the language of disease, defect, deficit. Words shape who we believe we are. We choose them carefully.

07

God first, then human decision

Every choice is taken with humility, and with the awareness that final wisdom is not ours.
